Finding Tokens

With MTX, you can quickly find any token using the Search.

How to search

  1. Tap the Search icon on the Home screen.

  2. Enter a token name, ticker (e.g. SOL, ETH), or contract address (CA).

  3. Tap a result to open the token detail page.

Paste from clipboard

Copied a contract address or ticker from outside MTX? Just tap the Paste icon in the search bar to instantly insert it.

Tips

  • Use ticker for speed → short codes (SOL, ETH, MATIC) usually bring results faster than full names.

  • CA = safest → searching with the exact contract address ensures you get the correct token, avoiding copycats.

  • Chain filter applies → Search only looks within the chain(s) you have enabled in the chain picker. If you can’t find a token, check that the chain is active.

  • Trending tokens → For quick discovery, you can also use the Explore tab (Trending, Gainers, Top Traded).
